-Training Framework: Design and communicate Training Framework for alignment across market on key focus areas for training
- Design and roll-out a training calendar based on business needs and developmental action plan
- Ensure any intervention or program is followed-up to ensure application and effectiveness of learning.
- Induction for new employees.

- Manage external trainers and subcontractors as well as internal trainers and secure quality level. - Manage all logistics (venues, materials etc., ) and coordination of training, including communication with key stakeholders in the business and participants.

Involved in a mass recruitment project 100+employees in 8 months as part of the new establishment of Nestle as a full multinational FMCG company in Saudi Arabia.

General responsibilities such as advertising, screening CVs, archiving, and interviewing face-to-face and phone interviews.
