I am assigned in Renewals Department. I conduct trainings for new employees under the department to discuss the work flow and to be familiarize on the products. I am in charge on midterm payments, benefit queries, endorsements and cancellations related to the policy. I am also in charge on requesting the renewal notices of clients to the insurers. Daily communications through email and calls to clients and insurers.
Assisting in coordinating the activities related to document control, including auditing and distribution of controlled documents. Maintaining the logs of incoming and outgoing documents such as Shop drawings, material submittals, document submittals, RFI, Inspection Request and Interim Payments. Preparing the letters for Routing to the subcontractor, main contractor and client.Scanning, photocopying, and printing of needed documents. Filing all the documents and segregate them into different binders based on functions.
Assisting in coordinating the activities related to document control, including auditing and distribution of controlled documents, maintaining electronic department directories and tracking and reporting document review progress. Working with subject matter professionals on technical subjects in a collaborative, positive manner in preparing controlled documents that conform to required defined formats.
Reconcile multiple accounts up to the completion of template. Respond to priority client requests to ensure that requests are handled quickly, correctly and appropriately
