While as Project Coordinator currently, I properly follow-up the status of the five projects that are under my coordination. My duties and responsibilities are:
• Make proper follow up of detailed weekly & monthly; plan & accomplishment reports.
• Check take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate monthly.
• Prepare change orders (variations) & cost analysis as deemed necessary.
• Follow-up on stock level of material at sites.
• Prepare claims & price escalation with full evidences.
• Preparation and revision of master schedule and internal schedule.
• Checking and observation of material request monthly.
• Preparation of budget of the projects.
• Follow-up on the delivery of material & equipment requirements.

At Tekleberhan Ambaye Constructionplc, I worked both as Site and Office
Engineer, with current office engineer position, and my main duties and
responsibilities were:
* To prepare detailed weekly & monthly plan & accomplishment report & to
make proper follow-up.
* To prepare take-off sheet weekly & payment certificate monthly.
* To prepare change orders (variations) & cost analysis as deemed necessary.
* Preparation of budget of the project.
* Follow-up on stock level of material at site.
* To prepare claims & price escalation with full evidences supported by
technical specification in time & accurately
Among the application design software, I have skills on:
* AUTO-CAD
* ETABS
* EAGLE POINT AND
* PRIMAVIRA.
Recommendation Letters:
During my stay at Rama Construction plc, my main duties and responsibilities
were to facilitate the required material, labor and equipment arrival to the
company’s construction site. It was performed as:
First I collected a pro forma of the material specified in the contract
document;
I made sure if the material was according to the specification
I compare the prices and prefer the lower price.
I submit it to the consultant company for approval.
After approval of the material, I give order for the material to be bought.
Finally, I checked constantly if the material was bought and delivered to the
construction site according to time
• Prepare work plan & resource schedule for the site.
• Request & ensure the proper deployment of recourses.
• Give assignments to foremen.
• Evaluate daily out-puts as according to daily plan.
• Recommend work methods for the improvement of manpower equipment & materials.
