Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor different sites and coordinate/cooperate with different contractors (e.g. Al Futtaim Carrilion, Arabian International Company, Outotec, Fuji Sojitz) to ensure the overall safety of the workers and protection of the environment.
• Conduct Daily Toolbox Talk, site and equipment's pre-inspections before allowing work to start ensuring the site safety upon starting specific jobs.
• Ensured that all non-routine and potentially hazardous routine jobs are carried out under Permit to Work System with associated Complimentary Certificates, and Work Hazard Information System (WHIS) duly followed.
• Responsible for the safety supervision of the company. Trains the functional department supervisors to be in the skilful use of multiple HSE management functions and its applications and identify training and development needs of all line personnel
• Initiate projects and activities that will help generate zero accidents or improve safety by setting the highest performance standards and implement core activities, evaluate its impact to over-all safety

Duties and Responsibilities: • Established documented safety procedures and precautions covering all aspects of the Company's activities and system to disseminate these to all members of staff.
• Ensured that the procedures are fully up to date by a continuous review of new and revised legislation.
