As part of the sales team, my tasks are the following:
Identifying needs of potential clients, presentation of new and/or used cars.
Advising clients to purchase the right used or new car(s) for them.
Presentation of financial bids (financial and operational leasing, rates, etc.) to potential
customers.
Drawing up contracts of sale, lease files and / or other required documents.
Car evaluation from the Buy-back "or" Trade in " systems and present a financial offer to their
owners.
Adding new vehicles purchased on the company website. Preparing insurance offers.
The Company is one of the largest Dealers in Romania. It has a fleet of over 100 (multibrand) used cars for sale.
The Company is the largest Mercedes-Benz, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Land Rover, Ford, Hyundai DEALER in Romania.
My Responsibilities were:
Working closely with Sales Management in order to identify new clients.
Identifying the appropriate client’s needs and presenting the proper product.
Presenting the FORD cars to potential clients.
Presenting leasing opportunities to potential clients.
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with our clients.
Ensure post sales activity for the key accounts.
Keeping a close relationship with the Logistics Department and monitoring the orders.
Elaborating regular reports for the sales manager.
Pro-actively updating product knowledge.
Small and medium enterprise selling IT products, electronics and appliances.
Conduct Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reviews to optimize performance for the shop I was responsible of.
Increased average monthly direct sales.
Involved in the recruiting of new salesmen.
Involved in the training of new sales staff.
Helped and coordinated the development of the company's website.
Made sure products and services are supplied to customers on time.
Regularly liaised with our suppliers to ensure the progress of existing orders.
A continue progress of the image of the IT department.
Orientating the customers to choose the right product depending of their needs
and available budget.
Contribution to improve the department’s image.
Economical Science specialized in accounting and informatical management (computerized information system, computer processing, computer programming and computerized information). Attended with 8.70. Final Year Modules: Accounting – level 4 of 5. Formal Aspects of Computer Science. Database Systems Declarative Programming. Human – Computer Interaction. Final Year Project: “Analyses about stocks”.
