Construction surveillance and inspection of construction activities to the US Army Corps of Engineers instruction manuals CNES-1180 and Engineering Pamphlet EP-415. Documentation of observations and discrepancies into the Resident Management Systems (RMS) for future claims protection. Enforced specification and contract requirements. Review technical submittal's for compliance to specifications. Reviewed a portion of the RFI's pertinent to divisions of responsibility. Verify contractors invoice application to quantity surveys performed in the field. Validate progress and notify CM?PM of all discrepancies for correction. Research root cause and corrective actions.
