RSS is a company which was set up to provide three core services to SME food manufacturers. Working successfully with numerous companies I provided Key Account Management, Sales Support and Category Research Analysis. To facilitate the success of RSS I designed a unique software system which allowed for live and instant online feedback for Company's I represented In addition to being responsible for the direction of the company, I also managed teams of up to 10 reps offering sales support for up to 15 different companies at any one time. As part of the Research Analysis I provided Gap Analysis, Price Comparison and Competitor Reviews for our clients as well as sourcing best and most cost effective routes to market. I also liaised with clients to achieve listings for their products with the various multiples and identify profitable routes to market for them by working closely with chosen distributors/Van Sales.

I joined GFF as National Sales Manager in 2001 when sales turnover was approx 1 million euro. Within a 5 year period the products at GFF were listed with every major multiple and symbol group within Ireland and with several in the UK. Company turnover increased to approx 10 million euro during this period. My main responsibilities were product development, sales, managing the Van Sales team and overall profitability of the Sales and Marketing process. In 2005 I was promoted to the position as General Manager. I left Green Farm Foods to pursue the goal of creating my own business which I managed to do in 2007 establishing RSS.

With Super Value I was Fresh Food Buyer/Area Manager for 9 stores, and with Dunne's Stores I was the Fresh Food Manager for several stores. I have also worked as Regional Manager for Cosgrave's Butchers for several years. My career and passion is the Food Retail Industry, starting as an apprentice butcher and working my way through almost every sector of the Irish Food Business from Retail and Distribution through to Manufacturing I am sure that my knowledge and experiences to date will ensure I become a valuable asset to any organization.
