Full welding of stainless steel size 4" schedule 20 dillution water line starting in ground up to topping in high elevation of water tank.They can finish all job in this plant of QPP PLANT this is the shutdown.
I'am welding in aluminum plant one of the biggest plant in the world fullweding of bigbore pipe like 72" pipe is the biggest pipe on this project the thickness of pipe is 24mm.and fullwelding of smallbore pipe like 2" and 1" pipe all of this is battweld joint.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Has been engaged in full welding any kind of steel, structural beam/pipe.
• Able to operate any type of welding Machine / welding rod.
• Preparation of TIG torch and welding cable for welding process
• Do welding of any size of pipe as per qualification test required
• Able to use acetylene and oxygen in cutting metal / steel, and also welding of copper tubes materials used for welding copper/ (phos/copper brazing alloy ) .
• On welding process we used ER 70s-G for root pass and ER 7016 or 7018 for cupping process as per ASME IX & procedure, for carbon steel and low temperature pipe with 100 percent R.T.
. Welding process for aluminum using tig welding or (GTAW- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) also used oxygen acetylene for heating the pipe or metal of aluminum, filler wire code ER 4043, ER5356.
. Welding process for cast alloy steel used of Tig Welding (GTAW- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) oxygen acetylene for heating of metals or materials, filler wire code B 22, ER90S B9 and B 16 ASME IX .
. Welding process of stainless used of Tig Welding (GTAW- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)with no purging to be used filler wire code TGX - ER308 and ER 316 direct using for rootpass of pipe SS.Welding rod code for filling and cupping of pipe ER316, ER 308. ER309 filler wire and welding rod used for dissimilar metals pipe.

Attended seminar of BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health )in Mauban, Quezon Philippines with 48hrs. seminar for attending the safety rules and regulations.
