Job Description:
❖ Combine and serve a wide variety of beverages using ingredients like water, alcohol, fruit juices, soda, bitters, and fruit garnishes
❖ Serve alcoholic drinks such as beer, vodka, gin, whiskey, rum, tequilla or wine to the guests
❖ Collect cash or coupons from the guests against beverages ordered by them
❖ Responsible for operating the bar, cash accounts and inventory efficiently
❖ Keep sufficient supplies of items like trays, glassware, and tools
❖ Serve drinks as requested by the guests at the bar
❖ Clean the bar and wash the glassware and utensils used at work
❖ Ensure that the beverages and ingredients are well stocked and preserved
❖ Discard the old bottles and broken glassware from the bar
