Monitor contractors equipements and personnel.
The project include the following works :Mures Bridge with 12x60m span and 720m lenght, 14 bridges with lengths between 14m-100m, 1 railway overpasses, 4 motorway overpasses, 150 steel culverts, and 32, 5 km of 2 lanes motorway, wich include 6, 4 mil.cm of earthworks, 365000 cm ballast foundation, 900000 square meters of wearing course .

Monitor and support the team members in fulfilling their duties;
Organize and schedule the staff to ensure a proper progress of the works.
On this project was rehabilited 3 bridges and 34 culverts.
On Mehadia by-pass was constructed 1 new bridge and 3 new box culverts.

Contract CBP02 - By-Pass Motorway Sibiu - Construction Supervision Works
The project was founded by ISPA Programme under FIDIC(Red book) Condition of Contract with a value of about 53 MIL EURO.
Main activities:
supervising survey teams in checking the Contractor’s setting out,
monitoring compliance with environmental requirements,
keeping the liaison with the Employer;
organize and schedule staff to suit the progress of construction;
monitor and support the site team members in the fulfilment of their duties on the contracts;
monitor compliance by the Works Contractor with Condition of contract Specification and Drawings;
monitor progress against the agreed programmes and, if there are significant departures from the agreed programme require to the Works Contractor to rectify the situation;
Prepare monthly progress reports to the employer;
On this project was executed six new bridges, two new railway overpasses, two new road overpasses.
Constructed 42 new culverts.
Executed 2 mil.cm. earthworks

Approve Contractor’s programmes, construction techniques and materials in the contract under his responsibility;
Act in accordance with FIDIC(red book) Contractor and within his delegated powers;
Review, check and approve the measurements of the works and certify the monthly measurements;
Ensure that all materials tests at material sources, at the site and the laboratory are properly performed and recorded;
Maintain complete record of all activities of the Contractor, including equipment and labour deployments;
Maintain a project diary and record all events daily;
