Effectively manage the joinery factory and project sites installation works.

TARGET LLC (an ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 certified company), Ghala, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager for Support & Services, handle the day to day activities of the carpentry workshop with the ultimate aim of ensuring optimum production efficiency.
1. Manage the daily activities of the workshop.
2. Handle site works. Liaise with the different project managers & other support groups to ensure that the sites requirements are delivered on time with the right quality.
3. Liaise with different suppliers to ensure that the raw materials delivered in the factory are of highest quality.
4. Formulate programs and schedules.
5. Devise means on how to maintain efficiency and productivity in the factory.
6. Prepares weekly reports needed by the AGM and other documents showing the status of each project.
7. Review shop drawings prepared by draftsman before submission for approval.
8. Perform joinery estimation for tendered and on-going projects needed by Sales Department (not on regular basis).
9. Conduct raw materials inspections of accredited suppliers prior to delivery and as well as supervising the quality control of our products prior to delivery and after installation.
10. Verify jobcards and other documents versus actual production costs to ensure each project is accurately billed.
11. Assign to whatever tasks needed by management from time to time.
