● Subcontracting for land development, ware house, shopping mall, school buildings, utilities, bridge, box culvert, reclamation, housing for both low cost to conservative cost projects
● Attend and participates in construction biddings.
● Review of Tender drawing and extract bill of quantity, prepare cost estimates of fill-out & joinery jobs.
● Sourcing of vendors/Supplier’s and floats tender enquiries.
● Plans, organizes and implement schedule resource loading and leveling. Determining quantity and staffing level.
● Providing appropriate plan for construction.
● Using computer aided design (CAD) technology for simulation purposes.
● Prepared billings, variation claims which includes detailed cost breakdown and deal directly with client & client nominated cost consultants.
