Responsible for making the daily routine activity and task at the showroom. Checking all the section/lobbies
what to do and concern.
❖ Developing plans, making the most of the space available and sourcing materials such as props and lighting.
❖ Meeting with the sales staff and manager, managing the distribution of stocks, checking the tag price, ordering
stocks and completing all the necessary paperwork they assigned.
❖ Making the daily task report, weekly planning report, monthly follow report of fitting and fixtures and inventory
of tagging materials and non-trading materials at the showroom.
❖ Doing the every day tidy up, merchandising the new bedroom set and other furniture set. Alignment and
display of the new arrival items on each section.

Responsible for processing visa applications, renewal, cancellation and company license registration/renewal.
❖ Maintains the leave and absences records, monthly pay slip of all employees.
❖ Sorting and distributing incoming documents, correspondence/post as well as organizing and sending
outgoing documents, updating and uploading client’s certificates in the portal site.
❖ Maintain office schedule by maintaining calendars, managing diaries and making appointments, scheduling,
attending meetings, creating agendas and making travel booking and accommodation.
❖ Dealing with telephone, email enquiries, other related office tasks like scanning, emails, photocopying,
bookkeeping and filling important documents.

Responsible for analyzing all the aspects of best sellers, example the best selling price point, expiry dates, or
life span and ensuring that they reach their potential.
❖ Meeting with the different suppliers and managing the distribution of stocks, by cost price, ordering stocks,
agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing all the necessary paper works they assigned.
❖ Responsible to ensure the availability and stocks of the store for the smooth operation for day to day basis.
❖ Manage and analyzing the previous season’s sale and reporting on the current season’s line.
❖ Doing planning products ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction and make sure that all
private labels are merchandised according to their respective criteria and set.

Working with other members of the visual merchandiser, superiors and manager to develop themes and color
schemes for displays-for example Christmas, Valentine ’s Day, Ramadan, Spring Season and others.
❖ Makes researching lifestyle and design trends and making sure design will appeal to the target customers.
❖ Preparing all visual merchandising packs, including plans and photographs, for other showrooms, to make
sure all display presents a consistent image.
❖ Responsible for installing and dismantling displays for entrance display, floor display, room display, and
section display of the showroom.
❖ Assisting the sales staff for replenishment of the items and displaying the new collection arrived.
