 Troubleshooting ATMs that have both mechanical and software breakdown.
 Carrying out preventive maintenance of ATMS on a monthly basis
 Guiding ATM custodians on how to clear and solve ATM Problems/logs without involving an engineer directly.
 Installing new applications of ATMS that may be desired by banks like icam, I-journal, Gus per Vantage etc
 Undertaking surveys for ATMS that are yet to be installed/positioned.
