• Selected, negotiated, finalised the opening of the 35+ concessions, which included all contractual terms, at the new Concourse D, in Terminal 1. The addition of these concessions bolstered revenue by more than $200M and contributed towards YoY double digit revenue growth.
• Led the space management and allocation process for concessions at Al Maktoum International Airport in compliance and conjunction with the Dubai Governments 2020 and 2050 strategic plans.
• Developed and mentored a results-driven team with strong business awareness and acumen. This team excelled in generating revenue by accomplishing challenging business targets.
• Led the outsourced delivery of passenger / customer satisfaction surveys, in coordination with all internal departments, to constantly improve passenger experience and grow revenue.

Understood specific tenants' requirements through regular meetings and consistent follow-ups, while providing best-suited options to achieve maximum satisfaction. Actively led the store design approval process for all new retail builds and directed all operational issues related to the retail precincts and the tenants therein.
• Delivered visionary leadership for managing a Residential property portfolio comprising of more than 1480 apartments, 24 Towers and multiple Villa's and Town homes.
• Wrote all business manuals, which included, but were not limited to:
• Tenant installation (TI) manuals for each of the three retail precincts.
• Rules and regulation manuals.
• Security, physical threat, and evacuation manuals.
• Propelled ancillary revenue and secured footfall onto the mixed - used development by introducing a TPQ Gift Voucher scheme.
• Streamlined trafic (foot, vehicular, and water), oversaw security & maintenance operations, and established seamless communication with tenants living across all TPQ residential properties.
• Supported the successful launch of TPQ retail through efective marketing strategy and strategic events.
• Maximised rental income / ROI by overseeing the development of merchandising plans for the multiple precincts within the project.
• Earned the reputation as a lead negotiator and primary contact for major retail agencies, brand principles and trading houses.
