Coordinate project site activities of all materials and services require for as per requirement of all projects and department.
Develop new project store/warehouse for the company.
Maintain contact with project site Engineers to ensure that quality of material purchase is to company standards.
Coordinate dispatch of goods to authorized persons and the completion of documentation and records involved.
Liaise with Purchasing Dept. and Logistics section to ensure cost-effective and efficient customs clearance, importation, exportation and general freight requirements involved in the movement of project materials and equipment.
Set-up routinely follow-up on project materials stock levels and to ensure sufficient stock with the locations available for ongoing contracts & projects to avoid any kind of shortage.
Manage the warehouse and logistics staff and ensure the preparation of the orders on time and ensure a good record keeping and filing of all relevant documents and data.
Liaise with key personnel contact points in project locations in regards to equipment moving and transferring of materials to support daily operation activities & ensure proper documentations of transactions is done.
Monitor supplier performance in areas of responsiveness and flexibility.
Liaise with Engineering Deparment, Quality & Health, Safety, & Environment for all warehousing activities and provide required support for urgent orders & big tenders in regards to materials and equipment sourcing.
Assists when preparing request for quotation (RFQ) for items and services for the purpose of ensuring that items/materials are in compliance with company specifications.
Inform other Purchasing staff and projects regarding procedural requirements (e.g., ordering and warehousing procedures, etc.) for purposes of facilitating the warehousing process with established practices.
In coordination with company’s Finance Dept., conduct regular operational audits of the following worksites; Main warehouses, Project sites, and other identified worksites.
Achieve best in class performance in all areas of service delivery, cost, safety and quality. Ensuring that services are available at the right place at the right time.
Supply Chain Lead & Safety Health & Environment Officer
Responsible for the implementation of company’s safety, health, and environmental standards and policies.
Conduct regular safety audits of Nestle third party warehouses.
Train warehouse personnel about Nestle Supply Chain policies and procedures.
Coordinate and assist Supply Chain Management team in construction of ICD Pasig Distribution Center.
Monitor and conduct training of Nestle third party warehouse personnel;
Conduct training on warehouse policies and procedures in compliance with Nestle standards.
Works closely with client's representative to ensure service satisfaction.
Responsible for resolving all internal and external issues in Distribution Center.
Conduct customer trade satisfaction surveys and hold regular meetings with customer.
Develop objectives to address the specific needs of customer.
Conduct monthly performance reviews with customers.
Participate in annual business review meetings with Sales Dept.
Develop programs that will improve order capture and processing activities in line with the trade and customer's requirements.
Develop programs that will assist the customers in optimizing inventory turns.
Initiate activities that will promote and apply the concepts, standards and practice of Efficient Consumer Response (ECR).
Provide technical assistance in terms of product handling and supply issues.
Develop and conduct training programs.
Ensures complete and successful implementation of the BECA-BPCS Supply Chain in all factory and third party warehouses.
Train the key users and end users of the factory/warehouse on Nestle BECA-BPCS hands-on training, lectures, pilot runs and support during cut-over.
Monitor performance measurements during the implementation and recommends corrective actions when necessary.
Reports project status to SCM Project Coordinator.
Ensures adherence to procedures by conducting periodic review of the system and its implementation.
Systematic Managerial Analysis (SMA) & Strategic Issues Workshop
charge of the 100% distribution of specific products to trade customers.
Conduct orientations and training of Nestle Sales personnel.
Regularly evaluate sales performances.
Serve as coach and trainor of Nestle sales personnel and NPI advertising associates.
charge of booking Nestle grocery products.
Assists Nestle customers on their weekly orders.
Initiate retrieve of expiring products from trade outlet to ensure product freshness.
From time to time conduct local product promotions in a specific area.
Conduct inventory count of all company assets.
Conduct regular audit of PNCC site operations.
Prepares operational audit reports.
