JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

HRD Activities:

 Recruitment: As Human Resources Co-coordinator my daily job routine is to assist the HR Manager and all HR team to fulfill the company yearly recruitment target based on its expansion and business plan from A -Z. Continue searching applicants CV’s through website online ads, from personal friends and acquaintances referrals and recommendations for qualified and potential applicants. Entertained walked in applicants by conducting basic interviews and maintaining CV’s files in categorical order for quick reference.

 Medical Insurance: In-charge in maintaining all employee medical insurance records from A-Z starting from application until completion to all new joined employee after completion their probationary period and sponsorship transfer under company name as compliance to the Saudi labor law.

 Payroll & Salary: Coordinate and worked hand in hand with finance and payroll department after completion of new employee employment profile i.e.: signed original employment contract, signed offer letter, original passports, iqama, education credentials, and other related documents before final submission of his/or her file to payroll department to enroll them in the (SAP) system.

Company Properties & Premises:

 Vehicles: In-charge of handling company leased vehicles around 200 units from different leasing companies from A-Z starting from price negotiation, making P.O’s, maintaining records such: insurance validity and monitoring of their movements like transporting them in different regions inside the kingdom. And also provide quick assistance to end users like when they get an road accidents, and other disputes.

 Mobiles & Sim cards: In-charge in maintaining company mobiles and post paid SIM cards records and providing support to the end users to monitor their monthly bills and inform the finance department to settle their unpaid phone bills.

 Building, Office & Maintenance: In-charge in office and showroom building maintenance by responding to problems and issues: reporting problems to the contractors such, A/C, Electrical, plumbing, cleaning, etc to take immediate action.

 Business Travels: In-charge in travel arrangement from A-Z booking i.e. air tickets, hotels, restaurants, short term car rent, and other logistic supports as requested.

 Documents Handling IN/OUT: In-charge in maintaining records by creating a systematic database in excel sheet for easy documents tracking. Maintaining old and new files in well organize and neat way for easy and quick draw when documents are urgently needed.

 Local Procurement: In- charge in local purchase such, office supplies, computers, by credit or cash.
