Overhauling and installation of centrifugal compressors, circulating water pumps, boiler circulating pumps, condensate pumps, liquid-ring vacuum pumps, boiler feed pumps.
•Removal and re-assembly of turbine governor valves, main stop valves, reheat stop valves, interceptor valves.
•PM/CM of compressors, fans, lube oil pumps, oil conditioners, electro-hydraulic system, boiler sootblowers, air heater drive motor and gear box, HP/IP bypass hydraulic oil unit
•Overhauling and alignment of turbine auxiliaries
•Repair, repacking of severe service valves
Overhauling of steam turbine and auxiliaries in SEC QPP, SEC Ghazlan Power Plant, SWCC Al-Khobar, SWCC-Jubail, and SWCC
Fabrication and installation of pipe supports, pipe racks and pipe shoes.
•Pipe lay out, alignment and bending installation of different kinds of valves such as gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, check valves, safety valves, relief valves, etc.
•Fabrication of support and steel plates for any equipments.
•Assisted in hydrotesting.
Fabrication And installation of hanger support, pipe support pipe racks and pipe shoes.
•Fabrication of cable trays, cable pull.
•Lay out and installation of mechanical equipments such as ball mill, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, conveyor, cyclone separator, horizontal impact crusher.
•Does further adjustment, knot bolting, or tightening as necessary or piping spools and equipment performs.
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance in rotary and stationery equipments.
•Installation, overhauling and repair of all types of valves.
•Peform minor shop work such as drilling, tapping, dye-threading, lapping, filing, back-sawing and other similar bench work jobs.
•Assist to various vendors of equipment and machinery.
Overhauling of steam turbine in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) Qurayyah Power Plant (QPP), Ghazlan Power Plant (GPP), Shoaiba Power Plant(SWCC), Sitra Power Plant (Bahrain).
•Overhauling of centrifugal and rotary pumps.
•Removal and re-assembly of turbine governor valves, main stop valves, reheat stop valves, interceptor valves.
•Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as well as rotary and static machineries.
•Overhauling of gas turbine in King Khalid Military Camp Power Plant (KKMC Tabuk), Berri Gas Plant Jubail, Royal Commission Power Plant Jubail, Saudi Electricity Company Gurayat Power Plant, Qaisumah Power Plant, Juaymah Power Plant.
•Overhauling of turbine-driven compressor in Albayroni Samad Jubail.
•Boiler refurbishment replacing of wall tube and furnace tube in Ar razi Saudi Methanol Company Jubail.
