• Perform Documentation; Inspection and test Plan, Request for Inspection records, Punch Lists, Pipe Stringing Reports, Radiographic Reports, Welding Pipeline Reports, Magnetic Particle Testing Reports, Fit-up Reports, Environmental Report, Holiday Report and ets.
• Preparing and update of various logs & registers.
• Prepare all related documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external audit to the concerned contractors, departments, vendors and client.
• Preparation of Lowering and Backfilling Report to be submission.

1) Implementation and maintenance of all activities related to Record Management System / Electronic Data Management System (RMS/EDMS) with the use of ACONEX, Oracle Primavera Contract Management (PCM) and PROLIANCE Project Management.

• Preparation and supervision of the standard Final Turnover Documentation(FTD) for all Structural, Civil and Architectural of Material and Sample Submittals, Calculations, Dossiers and Civil Works in accordance with the Project Documents Procedures ensuring that the Client/Consultant’s requirements are complied.
• Prepare and organize the entire Site Project Documents subject for Achieving in a safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Coordinate the use of document team working areas for uncontrolled documents and informal sharing.
