1) Keeping all employees file, computer data file & passports confidentially & updated.
2) Recruitment of suitable & qualified candidates in support for business needs (local & abroad).
3) Preparing the monthly payroll of Almutlak Group
4) Responsible for Staff Accommodation & Compound affairs.
5) Proccessing of employees residence permit, exit & re-entry visa, vacation & indemnity dues, air ticket & other legal papers for their official & personal needs.
6) Monitoring the stocks of office supplies to be available at all times & direct placing an order to the suppliers with least price.
7) Processing of business visa, inviatation letter, hotel & flight reservation for owners, managers & staff travelling on official assignments & holidays.
8) Several meetings to all Insurance Company Delegates submitting their quotation for company property insurance, motor vehicles, monetary (Cash in Safe & in transit), medical, marine cargo, (open & in-land) transit) & workman compensation.
9) Preparing the final evaluation of all quotations & offers received from Insurance Companies & make proper reports & presentation to the owner & managers for final approval & selection.
10) Responsible for all insrance claims & settlements.
11) assisting the Administration Manager from day to day activities.
1) Keeping all stocks in proper place with proper marking.
2) Issuing of materials in production line as per the request of production in-charge & job order stated in bill of materials.
3) Monitoring the stocks to be available at all times by means of computer, actual inventory & monthly consumption.
4) Placing purchase order for local & international suppliers thru Purchasing Department.
5) Yearly Stock Taking Procedures is being held by internal & external auditors of the owner.
