• Mentor partners on coffee knowledge and barista skills.
• Model correct brewing, tasting, and beverage preparation standards.
• Assist new baristas with learning Starbucks coffee culture and quality expectations.

• Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct audits of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or areas of improvement.
• Perform tests of transactions to ensure reliability and integrity of financial data

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries; distribute messages appropriately.
