Receiving, storing, delivering & issue of all retail, food, beverage & general supplies.
To make sure that all items received by the stores are matching with the purchase requests.
To check the storeroom items expiry date and if any item is found near expiry date inform manager.
To assist my manager in maintaining the par stock levels.

Handle customer complaint swiftly and effectively.
Direct & supervise opening and closing of entire store, assign a shift to achieve effective floor management efficiency and profitability.
Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, scheduling and delegating responsibility to the team, ensuring the goals and objectives are met on a daily store operation.
Maintaining the restaurant's operations, building maintenance, crew training and people development.
Deliver the highest standard quality of service by handling customer complaints.
Demonstrate proficiency &efficiency in all the crew station & maintained good working relationship with the management team & team member.
Carryout production control in daily operation ensuring safe, hot & fresh food with appropriate holding time.
Prepare the store in our daily service following correct operational standard.
Manage Store operation activities & promotions in accordance with mcdonalds high standard of quality service, cleanliness and value.
Supervise the overall store opening & closing operation and activities.
Conduct physical inventory of products daily, weekly & monthly.
Run the store daily service, ensuring standard operation are being followed and maintained.
Deal with customer complaint in professional manner swiftly and effectively.
Carryout production control in daily operations, ensuring safe, hot & fresh food with appropriate holding time.
Support the management team in the smooth running of the store by maintaining company procedures & standard as well as running the shift.
Ensure all opening & closing task are accomplished by prioritizing & completing or delegating to the team member.
