Working in Network and Security operations team in Kuwait.The team is responsible in Maintain Alshaya Network Security infra in Kuwait.
• Leading the CCNMP(CISCO CENTRALIZED NETWORK MIGRATION PROGRAM) project which consist of 200 STARBUCKS stores 20 MALLS, 25 STANDALONE RETAIL & FOOD stores(H&M, MUJI, AE, PF CHANG'S..), 600 Other retail stores.This project we configured almost 750 cisco switches and More than1000 Cisco Access points.
• Project to deploy LAN Automation, plug and play using DNAC as well as ISE Which offers a network-based approach for adaptable, trusted access everywhere, Based on context
• Implement and configure networking and software based on the design specifications. This involves setting up routers, switcheslike cisco(C9300L, C9200L, C9400)HP(2530, 2910), ARUBA, 3COM & HUAWEI(5700, 5720)Firewalls(Forcepoint N50, N130, SONICWALL) and Other network devices, as well as configuring network protocols, IP addressing VLANS and security settings.
• Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentations.
Provided technical support to end-users, leveraging broad-based expertise to handle problem identification, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation via helpdesk system, telephone, and remote support tools. Performed security administration functions for user, data, and remote access.
Responsibilities
• Installation and Configuration of scalar i3 Quantum Library
• Successfully Assisted with the IT Team to Complete the on-time, on-budget
completion of company- upgrade Exchange Server to 2013, Migrate Antivirus
Server, Domain Controller, Application Servers, Installation & Configuration Veeam for
Backup Scenario .
• Configure/troubleshoot N/w switches, router, Access points and firewalls
• Reestablished Company's Network & company's 21 Branches Network Connections
on Time
• Strong knowledge of network hardware including servers, routers, and other computer
devices.
• Setup and maintained LAN connectivity and wireless networks.
• Install/Configure/troubleshoot PCs, Laptops, network printers, scanners, projectors
• Windows Server administration and maintenance including Active Directory
