Take food and beverage orders from the guest on order taking pads or on the handheld point of sale (POS) system.
Deliver food and beverage to the table as per customers order.
Properly open and pour wine at the tableside.
Prepare mixed drinks for service to guest table.
Check customers to ensure that they are enjoying the meals and take action to correct any problems.
Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
Desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses.
Clear the dirty dishes and glasses from the tables and make it ready for next guest.
Farewell guest with smile.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering.
Maintain excellent co-ordination & communication between restaurant and kitchen.
Attend briefing and monthly training.
