A Brief outline on the Project:
The Project involves the construction of Michelin India Tamil Nadu Tyres the first factory, which will
produce bus & truck radial tyres manufacturing plant.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in execution of Hot preparation plant, Oil separation pit, Machine foundations, Grade
slab, Block work, Plastering, Cubical partition, Water Proofing, Flooring, Ceiling, Painting and
Finishes works of the office building.
• Earth Work Excavation, Shuttering, Preparation of Bar bending schedule and Concreting work.
• External work for Sewer line, Rainwater line, Process water line, small Culverts and Roadwork.
• Involved in the installation of fire partition board/Dry wall partition board installation and
painting of joinery works (Door frames, Aluminum/ wooden Window) and sanitary fittings
work.
• Allocation of duty to Supervisor and Sub-contractors.
• Preparation of Pour cards, Checklist and getting approval from PMC & Client representative.
• Comprehensive knowledge of methods and techniques of engineering.
• Coordinate with Client / Consultant for inspections.
• Overall work Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project
site.

The Project involves the construction of Furnished Apartment Residential Buildings & Car parking
Area.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in the execution of Apartment, Hotel building, Villa, Shops Compound walls etc.
• Allocation of duty to Foreman.
• Raising purchase request for materials as per the requirements.
• Ensuring the quality of each item of B.O.Q.
• Analyzing of construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
