•Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using the
prescribed performance management techniques.
•Monitor and take action on productivity & personnel issues.
•Maintain current employee records on direct reports.
•Preparing daily performance report and weekly dashboard for performance tracking.
•Review data reports on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback.
•Ensure training needs of the direct reports are met.
