Advisory services for National Knowledge Network (NKN): Produced reports to the top management team for the selection of the 1500+ educational and Non-educational institutes, a project of national eminence in which connectivity has to be established and commissioning of institutes as per mandate. Duration: 10 Years / Budget: 01 billion US$ / Management of 3 subcontractors / Cost control / Procurement / Supervision from National Headquarters.
NKN Promotion Coordinated by IITs: Organized NKN Ideathon in Tier-1, 2 Universities.
• Defined the new process to record the data in a more concise and clear way which improved the review of the project.
Achievements
Intelligent front End for Royal Bank of Scotland: Established Project baseline and project scope, developed the complete resource map for the project, have also procured the required hardware for the operation of the telecom site. Prepared quarterly financial result decks for the leadership team.
• System Integration for various government and private clients: planning and sequencing, resource planning, schedule developing, risk analysis, progress monitoring and reporting, and insure execution as per project plan.
