Manage medium to large Programs/Projects/Transitions from Initiation through Project Completion. Primarily responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring that delivery meets expectations under Director’s guidance. Responsibilities may include working with Business Development Directors, Engagement Managers and Program Sponsors to manage smooth project initiations and transitions. Although part of Transition Management, responsibilities include handling day to day PMO related activities and various other projects assigned from different BU around the globe- called in for short term and critical projects requiring little to no KT.

The different modules were Database management , E-commerce , Practical Business Systems Consultancy, ERP(SAP), Research, conclusion and evaluation study, Human Computer Interaction, System Speciafication (UML) and Information Systems Planning and Strategy.
