Responsible for Incoming Inspections and ensuring Material’s quality performance.
 Responsible for testing and analyzing all the pipes and injection and fabrication fittings sample of the production departments.
 Promote to the team initiatives related to quality.
 Perform various grades of pipe quality test including (hydrostatic pressure test, water content, volatile content, carbon black content, oxidation induction test, T & E, ring stiffness, ring flexibility, MFR.
 Ensure all the work is carried out in accordance with ISO Standard.
 To maintain daily status & production reports
 Provide daily update to the management team.
 Developing, coordinating and enforcing system policies procedure & quality standard.
 Working as a team leader & find out the solution of problems & try to solve it
 Coordinated with research & development team in testing products & ensuring quality standards.
 Directing the production team regarding the causes of failure.
 To seek continuous improvement in lab, as to enhance analytical skills.
 Promote the team members & take daily feedback from them.
 Manage all the procurement activities of the quality department.
 Handle all the things actively during testing the products.
 Ensuring & manage the calibration of all Instruments and prepare the
Calibration plan as per there usage.
 To take containment, corrective & preventive actions for customer complaints.
