1. Assist the Company Secretary in arranging
Board meetings, AGM and EGM.
2. Preparation and keeping of minutes of various
meetings.
3. Prepare monthly shareholding reports and other
share related works.

tracking system utilizing biometrics scanner,
resulting in a 30% reduction in unrecorded
absence & improving payroll accuracy 20%.
5. Planning, coordinating and participating in the
recruitment and selection process.
6. Carry out any other duties as directed by the

company transactions are well recorded.
2. Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.

etc. as assigned.
4. Support senior accountants in the preparation of
monthly/yearly closings.

letters, faxes and forms.

requests.
