with concept design report by gathering datas such as Location map, Topographic survey and Existing Utilities which are needed for data study plan to submit to client for design approval.
• Preparing Survey Data and Existing utilities - Surface Water Drainage, Foul Sewer, TSE, ITS, QAF, et al.
• Provide drawing package layout as per stages of approval for Concept Design, Detailed Drawing, Shop Drawing and As-Built Drawing - Irrigation and Landscaping (hardscape and softscape). Run QA/QC
checks on As-built Drawings to follow Ashghal CAD and GIS standards.
• Job includes coordination with surveyor and site personnel regarding survey and as-built data.
QATAR PETROLEUM DISTRICT - INTERIOR/FIT OUT WORKS
• Directly reporting to Senior Interior Designer/Architect, coordinate and provide detailed drawings needed
as per specifications. Providing Plans, Elevations, Joinery, Ironmongery, Door details and preparing
complete specification package of the project.
Monitor Jr Cad technician's drawing status and assignment. Prepare and maintain drawing standard for client and construction approval. Directly reporting to Design Supervisor on the development of the project.
Produced architectural and interior shop drawings for a fit out government project in Abu Dhabi. Monitor site development and make necessary revision if needed.
Directly reporting to Head Design Supervisor and Project Director.
Over all in charge of preparing all shop drawings concerning Al Furjan 2 project. Drawing includes Structural, Civil, Architectural, and Interior Design. Al Furjan 2 is an on-going 10 storey Residential Building located near Jebel Ali, United Arab Emirates.
Works under Architectural and Interior Department with the project range from Private Villas, Palaces and Hotels. Drafted architectural drawings from floor plan, elevation, section to blow-up details. Coordinated with architect and established the conceptual design of the client.
