Social Engagement Supervisor
- Supervise the work of the local NGO, evaluate and prepare regular reports on the activities
- Conducting community awareness and engagement campaigns in Lebanese and Syrian communities.
- Conducting door to door assessments in order to introduce the project, build network and inviting for focus group discussion sessions
- Coordinating with the local authorities, municipalities and liaising with the liaison function at SI
- Conduct Key informant Interviews and Focus Group discussion with host and refugee communities

Wash Service Supervisor
- Conduct field assessments for the sites in needs for water services
- Testing the water source, doing a detailed counting, checking the water tanks, calculating the required quantities
- Coordinating and supervising the water truckers which provide water for the selected sites and ensure from the quality and quantity
- Train and assist the beneficiaries on how to fill and use some applications which allow them to send their requests, complaints, needs and help us on the daily monitoring
- Daily field visit to monitor and control the whole water distribution process.

Field Supervisor
- Field Data collection by doing multisectoral needs assessments
- Extract, analyze, and classify the collected data in order to identify the vulnerability and the profile.
- Visit the selected sites, and doing a full case management
- Emergency field surveys: Rapid needs assessments (RNA, HHQA) for the impacted sites and households
- Rapid response assessment to any emergency event (flood, fire, blast, eviction)
- design or rehabilitate a shelter and provide facilities in coordination with UNHCR
- Assess and evaluate in order to provide a healthy and safe isolated shelter for any suspected or confirmed corona case in coordination with a health partner
- Launch the project and explain the work for the contractor and monitor the implementation process in order to ensure the quality, quantity and safety
- Site visits to follow up the progress of work and ensure that all safety and precautionary measures are well taken
- Report the activities on a regular basis

- Handover the project, make the contractor grading, prepare the payment.

Construction supervisor in the sub-standard buildings department:
- Asses, identify and design the rehabilitation needs of a substandard shelter with specific vulnerability in coordination with the protection actor:

• Identify the profile and the risk in order to identify the shelter’s needs
• Identify the rehabilitation needs for shelters and buildings.
• Prepare full case management to be able to cover all the needs.
• Negotiate with the owner
• Design the project and prepare the Bill of Quantities
• Supervise the execution of the work, examine the installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications
• Field visits to ensure safety procedures for workers, beneficiaries and the entire site
• Grade and evaluate the contractor work
• Handover the project and prepare the payment.
