Performs and maintain high level of Customer Service

external customer
Initiates required action for response to customer service
request for maintenance of products and handle / resolve
customers complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the
customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the
