Main function
Manage the Engineering department, QA, HSE, and Maintenance.
Plan, review and carry-out preventive programs to increase reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
Designing corrective and preventive actions to fix plant issues of the two (2) sites.
Liaise with manufacturing, marketing, and purchasing departments to achieve customer requirements.
Liaise with subcontractor/s to achieve project goals efficiently within the allotted budget.
Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance with respect to service contracts.
Plan and review engineering budgets and expenditures
Conduct evaluation of new spare parts to support cost reduction program of the company.
Conduct trainings to increase staff competence and safety awareness.
