Duties & Responsibilities
- Updating the logs of all submittals (uploaded on mezzoteam) & notification received from mezzoteam and circulated/uploaded submittals.
- Preparing the daily manpower count of all active workers and employees at site.
- Responsible for manpower daily food requests and manpower food VS manpower comparison.
- Responsible in uploading all the submittals via MEZZOTEAM PROSYS.
- Responsible for preparing the timesheets of nearly 500 employees including our manpower outsource.
- Responsible in uploading the company timesheets via 2014 © Septa AgilePlus - by Family Computers.
- Responsible for controlling and maintaining the updated logs for all site document movements such as:
Engineering Submittals/ Other Documents / Submittals
- Material Submittals
- Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings
- WMS - Work Method Statement
- ITP - Inspection and Test Plan
- Request for Information
- Any other documents involve in project.
Direct Admin & Procurement Supports such as:
- All Admin forms required for both site and main office approval.

- Complete documentation such as packing lists, bill of lading, work orders and shipping orders.
Responsibilities in Material deliveries
- Preparing delivery note for materials delivery to site.
- Coordinate with Clearance agent for the deliveries of containers to site/ warehouse.
- Communicate with Project site to ensure readiness of equipment such as Forklift for the offloading of pallets on project site.
- Ensure delivery schedule are as per the specified date given to clients.
