Assigned to client for evaluation of Tender Documents from Bidders;
Provide checklist prior for Schedule preparation;
Prepare a Prototype schedule as reference for Contractor to generate their
Baseline Schedule;
Evaluate Preliminary and Baseline Schedules from the Contractor;
Evaluate weekly reports from Contractors;
Prepare weekly report for client;
Evaluate EOT from Contractor;
Directly Reporting to Construction Manager.

Coordinate Sub-contractors
• Coordinate to the Planning department in-charge in summarizing project progress highlights, concerns, delays and variances in order to attain or exceed project milestone.
• Review and study project drawings and specifications, bill of quantities, contract document for planning point of view, coordinates with QA/QC and QS department regarding technical issues.
• Responsible in preparation for Daily, Weekly and Monthly accomplishment reports including S-Curves, Look ahead and updated schedule, Manpower and equipment reports, submittal status (shop drawings and materials) and detailed computation for progress of the project.
• Conducting progress photos and reporting project performances as compared to planned, providing an actual construction status from start to finish.
• Coordinate to the Planning department in-charge in summarizing project progress highlights, concerns, delays and variances in order to attain or exceed project milestone.

• Conducting progress photos and reporting project performances as compared to planned, providing an actual construction status of different structures the likes of Foundations, Sum pits, Under-ground utilities such as Drainage systems like culverts, Manholes, Pits, swales and RTR pipes up to final handing over.
• Responsible for the implementation of all Civil and Architectural Works taking into considerations at available manpower and equipments. Ensuring the work is within the quality and workmanship as prescribed in approved drawings and specifications.
• Provide construction techniques and technical guidance, interpretation of the plans, specifications and engineering standards.
• Provides construction planning for project milestone and directly attending meeting to the Client/owner for discussion with regards to the construction status.
• Responsible for the implementation of all Civil and Architectural Works taking into considerations at available manpower and equipments. Ensuring the work is within the quality and workmanship as prescribed in approved drawings and specifications.
• Provide construction techniques and technical guidance, interpretation of the plans, specifications and engineering standards.
