Led thein the team in the implementation of BBS, SWA, SAS, Tenets of Safety, Ten Safety Rules.

• Deliver BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training), COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training) National Certificate 2 (NC II) for Scaffolding Erection as prerequisites to becoming accredited Safety Practitioner in the Philippines.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and recommend/implement Safety Training relevant to the Clients Workplace and as per legislation requirements.
• Review and develop all aspects of the Client’s Health and Safety Policy and ensure that it is implemented consistently.
• Monitor, evaluate and review the Client’s existing, new and upcoming Health and Safety legislation and ensure that there are systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance.
o Interface with rig crew and monitor activities to promote safe operations.
o Assist rig management in fulfillment of required HSE mandates.
o Inspect Training Matrix compliance
o Inspect Rig Equipment / Heavy Equipment Compliance to 3rd Party CAT 1, CAT 2, CAT 3 and CAT 4 Inspections
o Monitor the Supervision of all Heavy Lifting Activities.
o Mentor personnel regarding HSE policies, procedures and standards to promote understanding and implementation consistent with Company goals and objectives.
o Mentor personnel regarding national and local HSE regulations associated with drilling operations.
o Work with Rig and HSE management to define HSE goals, priorities and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
