Recruitment and On boarding
• Handle overall recruitment process for all levels across UAE and KSA
• Coordination with hiring managers and candidates on interview scheduling
• Ensure smooth on boarding of new colleagues and prepare their on boarding schedule
• Coordination with the subject matter experts for the onboarding training plan
HR Policies and Procedures
• Answer questions from employees related to HR policies and procedures
• Support HR Manager in the rollout and compliance of new HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee disciplinary actions and proceedings
HR Administration
• Conduct insurance applications for new employees and provide medical cards upon joining
• Support employees with their medical claims
• Work closely with the PRO on visa applications and ensure required documentation is submitted on time.
• Provide weekly update to candidates regarding their visa procedure
• Provide NOC letters and salary certificates to employees
• Support employees with payroll related inquiries
• Manage travel bookings for all employees and new employee mobilization
• Support the overall manpower requirements for GCC operational and corporate
• Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
• Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures
• Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently
• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
• Working with recruitment agencies to source requirements
• Facilitating a full cycle of onboarding procedure
• Working directly with company PRO for visa processing and documentation
• Managing travel requirements such flight schedule, and overseas mobilization
• Keeping all HR related documents both system and physical copy
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Reviewing and creating job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
• Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job requirements
• Preparing business letters such as offers, Non-Objection Certificates, Salary Certificates and confirmation
• Facilitating a full cycle of onboarding procedure
• Processing all UAE labor requirements for employment such as visa, emirates ID, and occupational health cards
• Handle overall company health insurance and workmen’s compensation for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
• Keeping all HR related documents both software and physical records
• Deliver a proactive and flexible HR Services by providing relevant and appropriate HR support to all employees, insuring compliance with all company procedure, documented policy and employment regulation.
• Managing travel requirements such flight bookings, visa run schedule, and overseas mobilization
• Engaging with multicultural employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Recruitment and Acquisition
• Performing full cycle Recruitment & Selection Process for Technical & Non-Technical positions
• Sourcing of candidates from different recruitment source, Test Administration and Interpretation
• Collaborating with Manager for manpower planning and budgeting
• Conducting overall on-boarding program for the new employees
• Generating and preparing reports related to manpower headcount
• Safekeeping and maintaining updated and accurate 201 Files of all employees following standards procedures and control
Learning and Development
• Coordinating all types of local and overseas training
• Updating and monitoring Training Calendar and Individual Training Plan based on KPIs/Appraisals
• Preparing Annual Training Budget
• Encoding all scheduled training on SAP for online/system booking
• Keeping all related training records for Audit and documentation
Employee Relations and Services
• Promoting a happy working environment by creating activities that promote work-life balance
• Contributing accomplishment of HR practices in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility
• Updating and monitoring Disciplinary Actions
• Preparing all necessary documents for visa processing on all international travel
• Coordinating with different international contacts in all business
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
• Handling recruitment of all corporate staff and technical position
• Administering IQ and EQ Test to all applicants
• Monthly monitoring of manpower headcount
• Coordinating with different Universities and Technical School for OJTs as part of Dual Training System
• Preparing Memos, Birthday Cards, and check request
