Receiving and Checking Inbound & Outbound Shipment Local & International.
•Receiving Shipment with Airway Bill, Signed Packing List, & Invoice with attached Purchase Order.
•Checking Quality and Quantity as per Purchase Order.
•Sorting and Arranging Spare Parts, Machine and Consumable for the Designated location.
•Prepare Damages & Discrepancy Report for Insurance Claim.
•Preparation of Packing List & Delivery Order.
•Responsible for the Schedule of Local Delivery & Export Shipment.
•Maintain and Control all Reports related to stock and project materials.
•Regular and close coordination with the Finance Department for inquiries, reconciles and solves discrepancies related to inventory transactions.
•Preparation of Received Receipt and Cost Analysis.
•Also responsible for Supervising Warehouse activity as well as clearing agents to ensure smooth operation.
•Responsible for the Monitoring of the Stocks, Inventory Report, Analyzes and check the “ issuance” from the stores regarding stocks status, movements, accuracy of code numbers & description, prices and availability. Submitted monthly inventory report on issuance, stock on hand, movement.
