•Project Lead in creating and implementing process for determining criticality of Completion tools, such as Intelligent Well Systems (IWS) equipment as well as permanent and retrievable packers at a feature level based upon Gulf of Mexico Federal Requirements and Regulations.
•Performed and documented Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on IWS equipment, permanent and retrievable packers, and cement retainer product lines.
•Project Lead in acquisition of BJ Services equipment and process standardization for equipment to be ordered and designed through Baker Hughes.
•Created and implemented standard process for updating Legacy BJ Services equipment to Baker Hughes as well as industry standards (Design Guideline 313.00).
•Defined and documented product integration standards for design and manufacturing support in preparation for future acquisitions.

Mass Properties and Transportability
•Tracked and reported system and subsystem mass properties accurately within weight tracking database.
•Reviewed regulations for C-130, C-17, and C-5 transportability.
