Ambulatory Healthcare Services is an outpatient facility that provides patient services like consultation for general practitioners and specialist. It has also services like laboratory, x-ray, ultrasound, dermatology clinic, dental clinic and urgent care unit for emergencies. Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS) has become the first organization in the world to receive the 'network accreditation' from Joint Commission International (JCI) for its health centers and clinics in 2012.

The Medical City is known for its quality service, and is awarded Gold Seal from Joint Commission on International Accreditation. The hospital has 491 bed capacity and accredited by JCI since 2006. 12A Medical floor is a 33 bed capacity which has a 1:6-9 nurse patient. Typical diagnosis includes pneumonia, cancer, diabetes mellitus, dengue fever, medically unstable post op cases, hypertension. We even cater special procedures like chemotherapy, Pre op and Post op care of Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, we even handle patients with mechanical ventilator and Nasogastric tube feeding. 14A medical isolation unit is a 33 bed capacity with 6 isolation rooms for infectious diseases.
Other skills/special training: We are commonly using glucometer, infusion pump, Osterized feeding pump (kangaroo drip), suction machine and pulse oximeter. We often encounter patients with mechanical ventilator and cardiac monitor but we have the skill to use it.
