●Responsible for the overall operations in both Air and Sea Shipment (Import/Export).

•Accountable for ensuring Certificates issued are compliance with the relevant client, Government standards and Intertek’s operating standards.
•Client documentation reviewed in line with KPI standards ensured.
•Accuracy of client data both exporter/importer upon receipt of request for inspection and/or testing Ensuring:
Documentation provided can be used and where requested translated into English language Inspection and/or testing requests are generated with a same day of receipt and inspection packages are in accordance with procedures for onward cascade to Inspections Coordinator CSC
•Validity of client credit background to be checked ensuring: All relevant information has been received and verified. Description of goods inspected and/or tested are checked against the final documentation Recorded information is accurate and in line with operational guidelines. Ensure that all re-inspection and/or testing fees are paid before generating new inspection requests Ensure work queue is reviewed, maintained and updates on a daily basis.
●Build working relationship with technical support to address client inquiries.
●Quality assurance is a critical success factor ensuring: Documents/Certificates are proof read for quality and dispatching of final certificate. Issuing of re-issues and/or amendments to certificates are accurate and correct.
