• Focuses to enhance and improve contractor's Environmental Health Standards in compliance with Saudi Aramco Environmental Health Code (SAEHC)
• Regular inspection/audit at various camp locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and help to build up the relationships between Saudi Aramco and its contractors
• Carry out routine or unplanned visit audits/inspections to ensure compliance with the SAEHC and taking action to improve conditions
• Enforce the SAEHC that pertains to the sanitation of food and water, handling of hazardous and infectious wastes, and cleanliness and safety of housing and institutional environments
• Inspecting communal, food services, and water treatment facilities for harmful substances and ensure facilities are safe for public use
• Provide advice and assistance to contractors and Saudi Aramco
• Takes photos and conducts interviews as part of the inspection process
• Carry out food hygiene and food standards inspections
• Ensures food is hygienically prepared, stored, and served
• Investigates poor standards of health and safety, as well as identifying areas of negligence
• Educate and give advice on correctly following the SAEHC and how to improve their environmental health system
• Takes water samples to maintain and improve standards in bathing areas as well as private water supplies
• Advise on environmental health issues in relation to new buildings and developments
• Monitor health and safety conditions in residential, commercial, and recreational settings
• Determine the existence of possible health hazards and to take steps to correct them
