I have known Rodney for many years. Rodney has always shown great strength and leadership qualities he is a team player with a very professional approach and background, an agile and flexible mind he consistently showed great tenacity in developing new and workable systems with all departments in his workplace closing out a range of responsibilities. In my opinion Rodney is exceptional in skill, knowledge, tenacity, diligence, personality and character. He would be an asset to any enterprise, as well as being a pleasure to work with.
