*As a team member of maintenance receive verbal or written instructions from Supervisor, obtains requirements for work and Permit to work and proceed to worksite to carry out the job. Perform Standard Maintenance Procedure SMP accomplishments like Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, P&ID, Confirmation, punch list to major equipment turn around in the plant
Direct reporting to the above superior to discipline related to job work. Knowledge to work order instruction from the Superior Foreman and Supervisor such as blinding de-blinding, fixing the flange leak, gland packing leak, diaphragm leak, cleaning the strainers, understand maintenance turnaround and liaise with vendors to fixing the leak exchangers, like changing the gasket of exchanger and pull out the bundle tube if needed. And on all matter of start-up activities. Have a knowledge of full working properties of purging and its effects upon integrated process system. Handover and reporting procedures of plan Lay-out and its connection with other system. Line checking the system through with P& ID. Assigned as a Mechanical technician in Mild Hydrocracker and Hydrogen Processing Unit.
Report directly to the desired Foreman and Supervisor
Knowledge to work order instruction from the Superior Foreman and Supervisor such as installation and assembling of steam turbine and complete alignment up to full operation of three units of steam turbine and Auxiliary equipment like installation and alignment of crude oil shipping pumps, buster pumps, fuel oil pumps, recirculation pumps, also assembly of railway Overhead Crane.and assembly of ash handling belt conveyor.i also assigned as a Structural Leadman assembly and Erection of Pipe Racks and flat form structures.
