• Responsible for the implementation of Health, Safety & Environment Plan. Monitoring of all activities to ensure that the procedures are being followed. Conducting regular audit to measure the effectiveness of the implementations and procedures are being followed with regards to HSE Plan. Advise the management for the alternative solutions to eliminate the high risk situations to avoid stoppage or work delays.
• Liaise and support with the area engineers/supervisor to promote the Safety Awareness in their respective area of responsibility.
• Participate in any emergency response activities and investigate all reported incidents involving personnel & equipments that may affect the environment and recommend corrective action without any delay.
• Ensure that the HSE Policy & HSE Management System are properly complied as well as the compliance of International & Local HSE Regulations.
• Prepare Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Risk Assessment on any work related activities to ensure the safety of the workers while performing their task.
• Carry out site inspection on a regular basis to ensure the implementation adherence to HSE standards as per the company HSE policy.
• Promotes proper use of PPE’s and provides occupational safety information on hazard recognition
• Develop, implement and maintain an effective program and ensure compliance on it, to comply the requirements of local legislation and environment conservation act.
• Develop system to ensure all employees comply with all relevant legal safety requirements
• Identify Safety Training Courses needed for the Staff & Workers
• Conduct safety audits to identify and minimize the risk to the company as well as employees
• Eliminate all unsafe acts, unsafe condition, hazards and recommend preventive measures to prevent inconvenient in the future
• Conduct evacuation drill on a regular basis to ensure that all staff & workers are familiar the safety procedures.

• Responsible for the implementation of HSE Plan & Programs. Monitoring of all activities to ensure that the procedures are being followed. Conduct regular audit inspection in the workplace to measure the effectiveness of the implementations of HSE Plans & Programs. Advise the management for any alternative solutions from the high risk situations to prevent work stoppage and or delays.
• Promote HSE Policy and Objectives in all departments to increase safety awareness, motivation and involvement in the HSE Plans & Programs.
• Review the Safe Working Procedures, Risk Assessment, and Job Safety Analysis prior to commence the work activities.
• Carried out daily inspection at site to ensure that Safe Working Methods is being exercise by the operatives. And to ensure that mandatory PPE are being worn by the operatives as well as other Safety Equipment are ready available at site in case of emergency.
• Conduct routine inspection in the workplace to identify any unhealthy or unsafe condition and recommend corrective measure to prevent reoccurrence.
• Promote Safety Awareness, Loss prevention and motivate and take proactive measures to all employees of the company and its sub contractors, through group meeting as well as individual meeting.
• Conduct incident/accident investigation without delay and recommend corrective action
• To assist the management in complying the HSE legislation and regulations with the objective of ensuring that Health & Safety for the workers has been implemented.
