Handles all creative designs for company’s branding
Responsible for designing brochures, presentations, posters, banners, flyers, Gulf News & magazine adverts, catalogs, newsletters and other relevant marketing paraphernalia / promotional materials.
Act as creative designer for company branding (logo, letterheads, Business cards, etc.)
Responsible for designing brochures, billboards, posters, banners, flyers, magazine ads, catalogs, product packaging, company presentations, showrooms visuals & newsletters and other relevant marketing paraphernalia / promotional materials for:
• Danube Building Materials
• Danube Buildmart
• Danube Direct
Act as interior designer/ consultant for the development of both 7107 luxury cruise ship and Gateway Hotel suite rooms
Act as creative designer for company branding (logo, letterheads, calling cards, etc.)
Responsible for designing brochures, billboard, posters, banners, flyers, menus, magazine layout, company presentations and other relevant marketing paraphernalia/ promotional materials for:
Act as graphic designer for menus, and other promotional materials,
Responsible to major administrative concerns such as making proposal letters to clients/ customers;
Handles DTR, and other accounting concerns such as monitoring purchases, sales, petty cash replenishments, accounts payables and receivables, daily sales inventory of all Branches, etc
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests over the phone
Provide customers with product and service information
Process orders, forms and applications, etc.
Identify and escalate priority issues
Handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain the good image of the company
Provide on-the-job training for new employees
Generate email blast thank you letter, promo’s to customers
Source out partner-institutions and companies to conduct trainings among the beneficiaries under the livelihood program of the Foundation.

Conduct orientation seminars to local government units against drug addiction
Link and assist reformed drug users to job opportunities

Assist in the production of LIWANAG SA DILIM PROGRAM via A.M. station (a rehabilitation program on-air on DZRJ am
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or in person
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries
and complaints
Perform customer verifications
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
