• Manage paper flow at the shipping window to include checking orders before signing the bill of ladings.
• Communicate effectively with team members, team leaders, supervisor, and manager; this includes both internal and external department communication.
• Coordinate and manage the daily dock schedule and compete required documents (POD monitoring, Daily invoicing, customers return, P2P…).
• Utilize the warehouse management system to manage loading/unloading workload.
• Receive request for shipment forms for non-finished goods and ensure timely shipment.
• Provide input to improve system capabilities or operation standards.
• Manage warehouse paperwork: invoices, containers check-list, batch verification forms…
• Supervise the loading of company fleet and unloading of inbound returns and containers.

• Monitor product availability and control material flow in order not to impact sales and make sure that stock is ATP available.
