Ensure to maintain 100% of K lines sku’s with a maximum stock availability in store, C lines with 40%, N with 50% D lines 10%.
Provide Stock planning and display strategy to increase the Sale and to achieve the showroom monthly budget.
Study and select the right product based on the UAE territory customer’s demand and requirements a head of time.
Trained the sales team to Develop & improve their product knowledge such as;product features & benefits to help them easily offer the right product to the customers.
Reports and doc: such as; DGS Report Analysis, KDNC performance Analysis, YTD damages report,
Product customer’s feedback, budget vs achievement, ARS update.
Strong communication to MCDepartment with ARS replenishment and New Arrival product with proper and right allocation, Price revision, promo/sales implementation.
Propose product price list for liquidation of the non moving items.
Provide store layout and manage midyear and annual stock take.
Maintain and provide specific and accurate data and bin location of all the product and conduct weekly cycle count report.
Ensure that incoming stock are properly received physical vs system and documents are in tally.
Ensure back stores is properly maintained with an appropriate selected back up stock(fast seller product).
Conduct IQC sampler of Project Materials and ensure with 100% accurate microchips and Diode measures.
Maintain 100% stocks inventory, weekly matching of transactions, cycle counts, Inventory reconciliation and production consumption material planning.
Updates Chemical aging reports and Update senior planners for the new status of incoming and outgoing finished products.
Supervised Raw Materials daily operation in order to perform putaway with the right bin location and good issuance to met on time delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
Perform stocks adjustments with the used of (SAP R/3 and Elmaco’s).
Accurate system inventory management and actual stocks problem solver.
