Initiate Purchase Request thru SAP system. Gather all the documents to support Purchase request. Coordinate the field Engineer what line item details as well as 6 points of justification if the amount is 100 thousand usd dollar and single source.
Report to Material Control Manager.
Assist the QA personnel and Client personnel during material inspection.Conduct material preservation twice a month.
Check and inspect all incoming materials & equipment prepare shipping receiving records. Prepare OVER, SHORTAGE and DAMAGED where required (MDR).Maintain an in-coming and
outgoing materials and equipment requisition and issue procedure and records. Establish identifiable itemized areas, stock yard and lay down and storage facilities.
Matching of packing slips to purchase orders. Tagging and identification of material. Investigating discrepancies.
Notifying end users of arrival of material.
Filing documents.Posting of inventory receipts to computer. Copying documents and distribution of documents to accounting. Follow-up the vendor those material needed for site activities but still not deliver. Update the GTS SYSTEM those material already erected but still not inputed,
Report to Warehouse Supervisor.
Receive the delivery materials base on packing list or Goods Receiving Report.
Check the P.O NUMBER printed on the box and bring the box on the inspection area.
Check the description written on the label and compare to the given description written on the Goods Receiving Report.
You must check also the description engraved on the item and compare also to the given description.
Check the quality and the quantity base on the requirement written on the given GRR.
Check the dimension of the item the length, width, thinkness, hole and depth.
Piping materials as well as Mechanical materials need an inspection by the QA/ QC using PMI TEST.
Make a desripancy report if you receive any deviation of the item…
